Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the returned item.
For hygiene reasons, opened beauty products and final-sale items cannot be returned unless faulty.
If anything arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
